What is a Core Deposit?
A core deposit is a refundable charge added to the price of certain parts. It incentivizes the return of your old part, which we can rebuild or recycle. Once you return your old engine or transmission (the "core"), we refund your core deposit.
How to Return Your Core
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your new part
- We'll arrange free pickup of your old core
- Ensure the core is drained of fluids
- Core refund processed within 5-7 business days of receipt
Core Requirements
The core must be complete, rebuildable, and free of major damage. Cores with holes in the block, cracked cases, or missing major components may not qualify for full refund.
